Burn Along the Fourth of July Trail
2007-05-08: This past Saturday, I hiked up the Fourth of July trail to Icicle Ridge, near Leavenworth. Much of the forest that the trail passes through burned in the 2001 Icicle Complex fire; this shot was taken at approximately 5500 feet in elevation.
