Sunrise from Camp (2 of 12)

2002-06-21: We bivied for the night around 10:00 on a rock that had melted out a little below 6000 feet. We got up the next morning at 2:30, and were ready to climb by 4:00, by which time sunrise was beginning to color the sky to the north. I didn't sleep much during the night, but the stars above - including a couple meteors - and the lights of Bellingham below were spectacular.

Back a day: Sunset on the Heliotrope Ridge Trail (1 of 12)

Forward a day: Sunlight on Clouds and Peaks (3 of 12)
