The View from West Seattle
2002-07-10: I took yesterday's shot, this shot, and the fireworks shots to come, from the roof of my friend Joe Hallock's apartment in West Seattle. This photo looks out over Elliot Bay to Ballard, Interbay and Queen Anne. Fifteenth Avenue is the bright street running north-south through Interbay; the flotilla of boats on Elliot Bay is waiting for the fireworks to start.
