It's Just Going to be Cloudy

2003-04-20: On Friday this past week, the NWAC forecast read as follows:

"WASHINGTON CASCADES NEAR AND WEST OF THE CREST...CASCADE PASSES... WASHINGTON...STEVENS...SNOQUALMIE...WHITE PASSES...MT HOOD AREA... Showers ending and becoming partly cloudy Friday morning through Friday night with light winds. Increasing clouds later Friday night mainly north. Blah blah blah, it doesn't really matter. It's just going to be cloudy. Saturday and Saturday night, a chance of light rain or snow in the Mt. Baker area and cloudy in the Central and south Cascades."

Given this photo looking west from the summit of Mount Catherine yesterday, I'd say that forecast was pretty accurate.
